Welcome to United Driving School
If you are a teenager under the age of 18, you are required to complete a 30-hour online course and 6 hours each of behind-the-wheel and observation. This consists of 30 online modules that students have 90 days to complete. Once complete, you will go to the DMV to take a written test to get your learner's permit.
Once you have your permit you can start to schedule your driving lessons. Wisconsin DOT requires all students to schedule their first behind the wheel lesson within 60 days of their permit issue date.
We recommend scheduling 1 drive per month for the 6 months you are required to hold your learners permit. Students have 1 year from their initial registration date to complete all classroom and behind-the-wheel lessons. They have 90 days for the online classes and 8 months to complete behind the wheel. Please plan accordingly with consideration to your schedule and date of birth. After 1 year any unused lessons are forfeited. United Driving School does not issue refunds.
We appreciate you choosing United Driving School!
